Participants must provide a valid email address. Upon completion of the Official Entry Form or Facebook Instant Form, click the “submit” button to send the entry. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (Central Time) on the last day of Promotion Period to be eligible. All entries are subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.callawaygolf.ca/on/demandware.store/Sites-CG_en_CA-Site/en_CA/CustomerService-Show?fid=legal&cid=legal-privacy-policy. All email addresses are subject to verification prior to being allocated an entry. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted and individuals engaging in such practices will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to anyone who (i) is a legal resident of the Promotion Territory and located within the Promotion Territory at the time of entry; and (ii) has reached the age of majority in entrant’s jurisdiction of residence. Employees of Sponsor and its parent company and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and the families and persons living in the same household as such individuals or otherwise domiciled with them, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is void outside of the Promotion Territory.
Prize Drawing: On or about October 28, 2022, prior to 5 pm (CT) at the office of the Sponsor, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects. Actual odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Estimated odds of winning are 1:3000, but will be subject to the final number of entries. Before being declared a confirmed winner, the selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question posed by the Sponsor in the manner and at the time determined by the Sponsor without mechanical or other aid.

Prize: Upon certification by Sponsor as an eligible participant, the winner will receive one (1) Callaway® Driver of their choice (the “Prize”) with a value not to exceed CAN$699.99. The retail value of the Prize is no greater than CAN$699.99. No substitution of the Prize or transfer of the Prize to a third party is permitted, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Taxes and duties (where applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. All expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry in this Promotion constitutes each entrant's agreement to pay all applicable expenses and comply with all laws.

NOTIFICATION AND COLLECTION OF PRIZE: The potential winner will be notified by email within approximately seven (7) days of the drawing date. The potential winner is subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before the Prize will be awarded. In the event that the potential winner does not meet all eligibility requirements, that person may be disqualified and the Prize will be awarded to another randomly selected individual. The potential winner must follow the directions contained in the Prize Acceptance Form provided by Sponsor and email or fax all completed forms, correctly filled out and signed, and provide any additional information that may be required to Sponsor within three (3) days of notification as a potential winner, including, but not limited to, an Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity Rights (where legal). Failure to respond within the time specified or other non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification as a potential winner and void further participation in the Promotion. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if for any reason a Prize cannot be awarded, another Promotion entry will be randomly selected until the Prize has been awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure for any reason whatsoever of the selected entrant to receive notification or for Sponsor to receive a selected entrant’s response. The prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner within 6-8 weeks of the end of the Promotion Period.

RELEASE: SOME JURISDICTIONS (INCLUDING QUEBEC) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent allowed by law, by receipt of any Prize, the winner and guests (if applicable) agree (and agree to confirm in writing, if requested) to: (a) release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, retailers, advertising/sweepstakes agencies, and Prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion, or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize, including any travel and participation in the activities related thereto or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules, any Promotion material or the announcement of offering of any Prize; (b) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding lawyer fees and court costs.

RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC ONLY: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Winners’ List: The name of the winner can be obtained by sending a request for same and a self-addressed stamped envelope to Callaway Golf Interactive, Inc., c/o Callaway Golf Canada Q2-Q3 2022 Callaway® Driver Sweepstakes, 9013 Tuscany Way, Building 1, Suite 110, Austin TX, 78754 within 90 days of the Promotion Period end date.
