2025 Happy Gilmore Prize Package Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO) AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules.
1. Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age and residency may be required to claim any prize. Employees of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, retail locations, suppliers, distributors, advertising, promotion, or any other agencies or entities involved with this Sweepstakes and members of such employee’s families (parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and/or those residing in the same household as the employee (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is also void where restricted in a manner not satisfied by the publication of these terms and conditions on this website.
2. How to Enter:
During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter online:
On Facebook® or Instagram ®, click 2025 Happy Gilmore Prize Package Sweepstakes lead ad and complete the Instant Form, as indicated to be entered. If you do not have a Facebook® account or Instagram® account, establishing an account is free. All applicable Facebook® and Instagram® terms apply. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) prize in connection with this Sweepstakes.
Participants must provide a valid email address during entry. Upon completion of the Official Entry Form, click the “submit” button to submit the entry. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (Pacific Time) on December 28, 2025 , in order to be eligible for the drawing. All entries and information submitted therein is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.callawaygolf.com/legal/privacy-policy. All email addresses are subject to verification prior to being allocated an entry. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted and individuals engaging in such practices will be disqualified. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the individual named on the account. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
3. Prize:
Upon verification by Sponsor as an eligible participant and winner, the winner will receive: one (1) Odyssey® Happy Gilmore 2 Hockey Stick Putter, one (1) $500 Callaway Pre-Owned Gift Card, and one (1) OGIO® Renegade Vault Checked and one (1) Carry-On Bag (The “Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) prize is $1,750. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Taxes and duties (where applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. All expenses not specified herein, including, but not limited to local, state, or federal taxes on the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry in this Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant's agreement to pay all applicable taxes and comply with all laws.
Individuals who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their registration form, and/or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Other entry methods than those outlined above are void and will not receive entry.
4. Prize Drawing/Odds:
On or around December 29, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The prize drawing for the Sweepstakes will be held at 8300 N Mopac Expy, Suite #125, Austin TX, 78759, at Callaway Golf Sales Company within about seven (7) days of the end of the sweepstakes period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
6. Prize Notification and Collection of Prize:
The potential winner will be notified by email, at the email address provided during entry into the Sweepstakes, within approximately seven (7) days of the drawing date. The potential winner is subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before the prize will be awarded. In the event that the potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, if attempted notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, if winner cannot be verified, or if winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept and claim the prize (or any portion thereof) as stated, then winner may be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The potential winner must follow the directions contained in any Prize Acceptance Form that is provided to the potential winner and email or fax all completed forms, correctly filled out and signed, and provide any additional information that may be required, to Sponsor within three (3) days of notification as a potential winner, including, but not limited to, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Further Release of Liability and Publicity Rights (where legal). Failure to respond within the time specified or other non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification as a potential prizewinner and void further participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure for any reason whatsoever of the selected entrant to receive notification or for Sponsor to receive a selected entrant’s response, including (without limitation) any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number. Prizes won by an eligible entrant who is a minor in his/her state or province of residence will be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all required documents. If selected winner is a US resident, he or she may be issued a 1099 form.
7. Winners’ List:
The name of the winner can be obtained by sending a request for same and a self-addressed stamped envelope to Callaway Golf Sales Company c/o Digital Marketing 2025 Happy Gilmore Prize Package Sweepstakes, 2180 Rutherford Road, Carlsbad, CA 92008 within 90 days following the Promotion Period end date.
8. General Terms and Conditions:
To the fullest extent allowed by law, and except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants (and agrees to confirm in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.
As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, the entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing) to: (a) release Sponsor, its subsidiaries, parent and affiliates, retailers, and agents, its advertising, judging and promotion agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, distributors, employees and agencies of all such entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to, or arising from or in connection with, the awarding, receipt, acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Prize or any item redeemed therewith; (b) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
The winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made or are in any manner responsible or liable for any representation, guarantee, or warranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize awarded herein, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or faulty network connections, whether human or technical in nature. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incorrect, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, damaged, misdirected entries or Prize claims whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, bugs, virus, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the website, or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California for the resolution of all claims and disputes.
