While Supplies Last
To receive your free X Yeti® Water Bottle (“Water Bottle”):
- Purchase a new Summit Collection by Callaway® Golf Stand Bag (“Eligible Product”) from a participating authorized Callaway U.S. retailer, (“Authorized Retailer”) between October 17, 2024 through September 1, 2025 or while supplies last (the “Promotion Dates”). The Eligible Product must be purchased at an Authorized Retailer during the Promotion Dates. This offer does not apply to pre-owned products, products obtained through points, rewards or other loyalty programs, or to purchases from anyone other than an Authorized Retailer.
- Obtain your original purchase receipt for the purchase of your Eligible Product (collectively “Original Proof of Purchase Document”). Original Proof of Purchase Document must verify that purchase of Eligible Product was made during the Promotion Period. Only an Original Proof of Purchase Document from an Authorized Retailer will be honored; duplicates (even if printed by the Authorized Retailer), photocopies, handwritten, altered or incomplete documents and the like will not be accepted. Please keep a photocopy of the receipt for your records.
- Only one Water Bottle will be awarded per each correctly Completed Redemption Request and there is a maximum total of four Water Bottles per any person/household during this Promotion. You must submit a separate Completed Redemption Request for each Water Bottle you wish to receive (and each separate Completed Redemption Request must consist of a completed Claim Form and an Original Proof of Purchase Document).
- Incomplete, illegible, undeliverable and non-U.S. claims will not be honored (including U.S. Military without a U.S. address). Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged illegible or incomplete Completed Redemption Requests, nor is it responsible for any computer or Internet errors which might prevent claimant from submitting a Claim Form. Purchases made outside the Promotion Period are not eligible. Purchase date is determined by date printed on Original Proof of Purchase Document. Omission of any necessary information in a Completed Redemption Request will result in a notification of ineligibility (“Ineligibility Notice”) by Sponsor and will require re-submission of a Completed Redemption Request postmarked within 7 days of the date of the Ineligibility Notice.
- Upon certification by Sponsor or its Agents that the Completed Redemption Request meets all the requirements of these Official Rules, the Water Bottle will be sent to the Promotion participant. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and to disqualify any Promotion participant for submitting a claim that is not in accordance with these Official Rules, or for tampering in any way with the redemption process.
- Allow 10-12 weeks for claim processing. If you have not received your Water Bottle within 12 weeks of your submission of the Completed Redemption Request, you may make an inquiry by emailing: summit.collection@callawaygolf.com
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, by accepting a Water Bottle, the Promotion participant releases Callaway Golf Sales Company, its subsidiaries, parent and affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, the Administrator and the respective shareholders, directors, officers, distributors, employees and agencies of all such entities (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), from all liability arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Water Bottler and participation in this Promotion.
- Water Bottle Promotion terms and conditions are subject to change. If the Water Bottle becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another item of equal or greater value at its own discretion. Keep copies of all submitted materials because all submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Attempting to claim a Water Bottle by using fraudulent submission(s) could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statues (Title 18, USC Sections 1341 & 1342). Sponsor reserves the right to substantiate Claim Forms and request additional identification and/or documentation. Water Bottles received in connection with Eligible Products subsequently returned to a retailer are subject to reclamation by Sponsor or its agent. The Completed Redemption Request has no cash value.
Additional Terms & Conditions: Offer valid only on purchases made in the USA; purchaser must be a legal U.S. resident and 18 years of age or older. This Promotion is subject to Authorized Retailer’s availability of Eligible Products and to manufacturer’s supply. Purchase date is determined by the date printed on the sales receipt. Rights cannot be assigned or transferred and this offer is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Compliance with these terms and conditions is subject to verification. No substitutes or rainchecks (except as set forth in these terms and conditions). Offer may not be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions. Offer not valid for groups, clubs or organizations, for employees of Sponsor or its customers, suppliers and/or distributors. Offer’s cash value is 1/10th of one cent and is not redeemable for cash. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California for the resolution of all claims and disputes. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of the terms and conditions shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. All trademarks are owned by the respective rights holders. Returns may not be permitted or may be subject to special conditions. Where returns are permitted, if you return purchased items required to qualify for this promotion, you must purchase from the Authorized Retailer another new Eligible Product in order to keep the free item(s). All returns must be in original new condition. By participating in this Promotion, you agree that all disputes in connection herewith will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, Inc. pursuant to its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, with such arbitration to be held in San Diego, California. You further agree that this arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive forum and venue for resolving any disputes arising out of this promotion or in any way relating to these Terms and Conditions and waive all rights, if any, to a trial by jury. If for any reason this arbitration provision is deemed to be unenforceable, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
