If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any packaging materials. Our team or fulfillment partners will handle the carrier claim and guide you through receiving a replacement.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In-stock standard orders typically ship within 4–5 business days after payment authorization. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT on Fridays, over weekends, or on holidays may take slightly longer to process. Customized items or orders requiring special handling may also need additional time. Orders shipping to freight forwarding services may be held for up to 72 hours for fraud prevention. Please note that carriers may leave packages without a signature at their discretion.
After shipping, standard delivery typically takes 10–14 business days, excluding holidays. Your estimated delivery date will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
For expedited shipping, in-stock, non-customized orders placed before 12:00 PM UTC-4 will ship sooner. Customized orders or those containing backordered items will ship once they’re complete. Expedited shipments sent via Purolator generally arrive within 5–8 business days.
